Below is the playing calendar for the Fall Season. As always, these dates are contingent on a number of factors including weather, field emergencies, and any other events that may have games rescheduled.

Coach/Personnel

A player may "play up" one (1) division. For Example, 8u can play up to 9u. If a player wants to play higher than the one division, they must have a play up waiver signed by their parent/guardian. 

DRAFT: 

Tee Ball, Tee Ball Plus & 8u Draft Coach Pitch are Draft Leagues. All registered and fee-paid players will be assigned to a team, either through assignment or as a returning player from the previous season, same team only. Players who were already part of a team in the previous season can stay on that team for the next season. Additionally, players are not allowed to advance to a higher level or position within the same organization's hierarchy only the same team. Draft teams are not allowed to require parents to pay monthly team dues or purchase matching teams kits (backpacks, bats, practice uniforms, or accessories). Game day uniforms shall remain at a reasonable cost to the parents. Registration may close without warning before the listed close date. A waitlist will be initiated when registration is full.

SELECT:

Coach Pitch Select - 14u (Baseball) and (16u Softball) are Select Leagues. Select League is more skilled and more competitive. Players must try out and receive an invitation from a team before registering.

Draft Team

Individual Registration Fees:

• Tee Ball Instructional: $50.00
• Tee Ball Plus: $60.00
• Coach Pitch Baseball: $70.00

Registration:

• Regular register ends July 20, 2025.
• A $20.00 fee ($10.00 for Tee Ball) will be charged for registrations after July 20, 2025.

Flat Team Registration Fee (15 players max/team):

• Coach Pitch Baseball & Softball: $840
• 9u Baseball: $1020
• 10u Baseball & Softball: $1200
• 11u Baseball: $1320
• 12u Baseball/Softball: $1320
• 14u Baseball: $1440
• 16u Baseball/Softball: $1440

Registration Instructions:

1. Head Coach Registers Team
2. Head Coach completes/validates current Background Check
3. Coach has seven (7) days to pay invoice once received. 
4. Instruct players to register once invoice is paid.
