Opening Day and Season start in April

After consulting with city officials and discussing all options as a Board, we have decided, out of an abundance of caution, to push the start of our Spring 2020 season back to Saturday, April 18th. This will give us plenty of time to assess the ongoing situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and well-being of our players and coaches is always first priority.

Unfortunately, this means canceling our annual Opening Day Ceremonies, originally scheduled for March 28th. Please know that we will continue to do our best to make this season as fun and competitive as always!

Our League Schedulers will do their best to ensure no games are lost due to the delay and the season ends on time. Please bear with us as we try to figure out everything and get a schedule out together!

The fields will continue to be open for reservation by coaches for practice. Teams may practice at the discretion of you, the coaches and parents. If you feel comfortable and safe practicing, the fields are open! Again...if anything changes with that, we’ll let everyone know.

The League has the best parents and coaches in our city! Thank you all for your continued support. We look forward to another great season of baseball!

Stay safe and be El PaSoStrong!
